Capturely had a live activation at Sxsw in Austin, TX, where I was able to get my professional headshots taken. Truly I wasn't ready for my professional headshots to be taken but I did it anyway to try out the service. I like the convenient aspect of it where you don’t have to be anywhere in particular to get nice headshots. The photographer also edited my photo so I look smooth. I was wearing no makeup and my hair wasn't done however, I'll definitely use the headshots they sent me and maybe even hire than for more when I'm actually ready to have my picture taken. This is a nice way to eliminate having to leave your house or take up time in your busy schedule to get headshots taken. I'm not photogenic and feel very awkward taking photos however they did this seamlessly.

My coworker and I walked by the Capturely booth at SXSW and the idea of taking headshots remotely sounded interesting so we gave it a try. The experience was really cool, we talked to the photographer who expertly guided us to pose through teleconference. It only took ~ 5 min per person and I am so so pleased with the results!

I hate getting my picture taken, that's why for a million years my headshot was an edit, cut and paste of a photo from years ago. Along came Capturly and I decided it was time to get a professional pic taken. So easy to make an appointment, change the appointment (had too) and when it came time...3 poses, 6 min and a day or two later I received 8 professional photos to choose from. Different backgrounds, etc. Easy to request edits, which I did, not back yet but I am sure it will be what I requested. Cost, professionalism, all great!

It is a very convenient service, however i with there was an option to see some photos before the session end to be able to correct it. I didn't really like how i looked in the end result photos. I probably could have practice more in front of the mirror. Session is pretty quick passed, you don't see yourself or photos which were taken until after the session, you entirely rely on the photographer to catch your personality and adjust the details like hair, smile, etc. On other hand it is a good quality professional photos.
