  • How does Capturely take headshots?

    Virtually with a live professional photographer using remote photo capture. Our sessions are done in 10 minutes and delivered in less than 24 hours!

    In-person photography services are also offered for high-volume events with a 5-business-day turnaround time.

  • Does Capturely offer photography in my area?

    We offer the worldโ€™s first global headshot solution! With Virtual Headshots, we can shoot anyone from anywhere. If youโ€™re looking for an in-person photography experience, call us to inquire about a group quote.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    Yes, we offer volume discounts depending on the size of your group.

  • How do I schedule my entire team for headshots?

  • How do you use AI?

    We only use select AI tools to help present an assembled edit to our post-production team, who then goes in and adds a human touch. The technology aids in skin tone and contrast detection and masking, but it is not used for CGI, face mapping, or face-swapping. Every image is authentically youโ€ฆjust polished.

  • Who owns my headshot?

    Capturely maintains ownership of the photos for storage, but you may use your photo however you like as long as itโ€™s lawful. Capturely will not charge you a royalty to use your photo, nor do we sell, rent, lease, or give your photos to any third party unless required by law.

  • Can I purchase all the photos taken during my appointment?

    Yes! Your entire gallery is available for an additional purchase of $29.

  • Where is my personal information stored?

    Personal information like name, email, and phone number are stored in our database within HubSpot. We do not store any credit card information and only use PCI-DSS-compliant processors.

  • Where are my headshots stored?

    They are stored in two places for redundancy. One is on secured Pixieset servers, and the second is on our secured Google Cloud servers.

  • Can I get my photo on a transparent background?

    Yep! Available upon request.
