Where legal and with our national networks of photographers, we are able shoot photography and videos directly onsite. This authentic content is great for curious customers who want to know more about the growers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers who provide them their products.
Is it legal to photograph Cannabis and CBD products?
Yes. In states where the products are legal, photographing it is also legal. We do not photograph Cannabis or CBD in any state in which it is illegal to possess.
How do I ship my cannabis products in the mail to your studio?
Currently, federal law prohibits the shipment of products containing THC in levels above .3 via all methods. Therefore, we cannot accept any such products via mail or other ground carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DLH etc. Since our studio is in California where both CBD and Cannabis products are legal, we are happy to accept hand deliveries to our studio in North Hollywood. In other states where CBD and Cannabis are legal, we have a network of photographers who are available to come onsite to photograph your products.
Can you shoot the flower itself or just the packaging?
In compliance with state laws, we are able to shoot the actual products and the packaging.
